We greatly enjoyed our month in your house. It is spacious & comfortable & the layout lends to a lot of privacy when sharing with another couple. Its proximity to highway 41 is so very convenient for shopping & visiting other cities. The book of information about the area was extremely helpful. The internet was a plus since we had a teenager with us & she never lost touch with friends on Skype. The beaches are beautiful especially Siesta Key which is only 50 minutes from here, soft powdery sand with no shells. We had a wonderful time & would recommend your house to our friends & family.

The home is just lovely, it comes equipped with everything one needs to be comfortable. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, bedding, towels, etc. The location is central to restaurants, shopping, golf courses. Half way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. We visited the Ringling Bros museum and the dog races in Sarasota. Fishermans village in Punta Gorda is a neat thing for the ladies to go to. There is an antique car museum south on Hwy 41 that the men would enjoy. The listing description and pictures of the house are very accurate, the house is clean and well maintained. You will need a vehicle as it is in a residential area. The owners contacted us midway during our stay to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this home to my family and firends.

We found this property to
meet our
expectations and more. It was entirely clean
and
well maintained and nothing in the house made us grouchy or negative.
Communication with owner was quick and
courteous.
Everything seemed well thought out and the internet on
site was a great addition that is not typically included in such
rentals. We would
do a redo of our vacation in a heartbeat, stay at
the same place, and visit the same nearby gulf beaches.
